My passion for plant-based eating started in 2006 when I was tired, riddled with acne, constipated, confined by my mood swings and PMS, and feeling completely trapped in my own body.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, over the past 10 years, I have been coaching clients hosting workshops, and serving an online community to transition to plant-based eating and heal their bodies holistically.

Do I need to eat 100% Raw Foods and follow the cleanse perfectly to see results?
